An unforgettable weekend of Yoga, meditation, sound bath, massage, walking, wild swimming and delicious plant-based food.

The local village of Coniston is within walking distance and there is a train station nearby with an easy connection to London.*

A weekend of blissful Yoga practice, meditation, breath work, sound healing, hiking, amazing plant-based food, Thai Yoga Massage*, Wild Swimming* and SUP*.

 

This is a weekend designed to hit all the good spots and refresh you completely from the inside out. We will spend time connecting with ourselves, one another, and the great outdoors - leaving you feeling nourished, calm and invincible as you step joyfully back into the world.

 

This retreat is suitable for all abilities, genders, shapes, sizes and ages! There will be options of class to take everyday and lots of options will be given.

We love to source venues in some of the world's most beautiful places to help guide you into total relaxation - becoming one once more with the natural world and re-igniting the fire in your soul.

 

Our retreats place an emphasis on the healing power of sound, and you will be guided through practices exploring many different vibrations. Expect everything from sacred instruments, sound bath and ambient soundscapes to rhythmic beats. The opposite of a silent retreat, but we do appreciate quiet too.

 

We love to offer a whole range of exciting activities for our guests to experience, if they choose to. These range from wild swimming to paddle boarding, healing rituals to gong bath and everything in-between. Plus there's plenty of time to relax into some R&R and self-pampering. We can't wait for you to join us for the summer escape of a lifetime!

 

We will be travelling to Lanehead Coniston, a beautiful wellbeing retreat in the Lake District. Expect jaw-dropping scenery and sensational views around every corner.

 

The retreat itself is a stunning, old Manor House nestled peacefully overlooking the lakes and fells of the nearby district.  There are comfortable sharing rooms or private rooms available and lots of quiet corners to relax into.

Our amazing chef. Bex loves to use quality, plant-based ingredients designed to nourish, fuel and inspire. Each meal is created with love to excite all the senses. 08:30 Morning Pre Yoga snack- fresh coffee, herbal teas, fruit and nuts to give you an energy boost before your morning yoga.

09:00 Morning Yoga + Meditation (90 mins)

11:00 Wholesome breakfast/brunch

Post yoga, no breakfast is the same! We pride ourselves on making everything from scratch with delicious and sustainable plant-based foods. Here is an example:

Homemade Seedy Buckwheat Bread. Sourdough. Spreads. Tofu Scramble. Braised Portobello Mushrooms. Spicy Beans. Kale. Courgette Guacamole. Sauerkraut. Toasted Seeds.

12:00 Free time/ SUP/ Hiking/ Private sessions/ Massage

You will have some afternoon snacks available or packed up to keep the hunger pangs at bay!

17:30 Evening Yoga & Meditation (90 mins)

19:00 Dinner

Every dinner will be special and different Here is an example:

Chickpea, Buckwheat & Preserved Lemon Stew. Yogurt. Harissa Roasted Aubergine. Rocket. Flatbreads. Roasted Garlic Hummus.

*prices may vary depending on room selection / sharing.  Additional activities will be subject to a surcharge. These include; Thai Yoga Massage, Private sound healing/yoga sessions, Wild Swimming and SUP.  All food and beverages included in price, with the exception of alcohol which may be purchased at a surcharge.
