As a club we just wanted to say a massive thank you for all the Netball Yoga sessions you ran over the course of our Lockdown Timetable. All the sessions were so well received by both players, parents and coaches. It was great to provide netball in an alternative light to traditional drills and netball fitness sessions the players are familiar with.
As a club is has been so important that we contribute to keeping the players both engaged in the sport we all love but also to keep our bodies and minds healthy in the very uncertain times and your sessions practicing netball skills with a focus on building strength, mobility, injury prevention, co-ordination and body awareness as well as relaxation and breathwork to help with stress/anxiety has been vital in helping us achieve this goal.
It has been great to have this balance between Netball yoga and team online club sessions for our club continuing training during Lockdown 2!

As a rugby player my mobility is awful and Trina's beginners class was fantastic to help improve this. I had never tried yoga before but Trina explains everything so well and is extremely supportive, the classes were great fun and I highly recommend.
As a club we signed up for these sessions to offer to our members under the age of 18 during lockdown. Most of our players had never tried yoga before and it's safe to say Trina has inspired many to continue practicing. Trina guided us through all the exercises whilst also ensuring we were all working at a suitable level that either nurtured or challenged us. So many of our parents sent their thanks to Trina for offering their daughters such a calming experience during these uncertain times.
