2nd - 8th November

W E E K L Y N E W S

R o u n d T w o !

Here we go again! So for many of us it looks like we are getting a second dose of spending more time at home . It's now November and 2020 is nearly over. I don't think any of us expected what this year brought and every person has had their own challenges to face. What we should all remember is that just getting through this year is enough to be proud of. We are a society that is used to 'doing' and 'succeeding' and 'achieving' but coming out of this year sane-ish and healthy-ish is definitely something to be proud of. We must remind ourselves of our resilience, kindness, compassion, and have the ability to carry on admidst everything that is thrown at us.

I am so grateful for this community and as people's financial situations keep shifting, classes remain as 'donation basis' (between £1-£20 and free for unemployed) to make sure everyone has the opportunity to practice yoga no matter what your situation is right now. With no more studios and gyms for a while, longer nights and less sunshine, finding alternative ways to keep your body moving an healthy is so important. Next week I will also be adding a few meditation/breathwork sessions to the schedule (which I am hoping to record) to offer a space to be and find stillness during a difficult time when anxiety levels can become high.

Please always feel free to contact me if you have any questions about anything or just want a chat!
