I create bespoke sessions for Sporting Clubs and individual athletes across the country as a physical and mental cross training to their primary sport. Whether you want the session to be strong and playful, or restorative or mindful, I will work alongside you to ensure your session is relevant to your sport and your goals.

I am a lover of all sports and have trained, played and competed in Club, County, Regional & National in a variety of sports including netball, 400m hurdles, ultra marathons, triathlons, hockey, and tennis ...alongside surfing and rock climbing when I can fit it in!
I initially came to yoga as another 'sport'. A movement practice to challenge my body and to learn how to balance on my hands!! Now yoga is a way of life and I love combing this with the things I enjoy most, sports and movement. With this comes a passion for understanding the body and I have completed two further trainings in Advanced Anatomy and improve my understanding of functional movement and skeleton/body variation.
Everyone starts their yoga journey for different reasons and for athletes it often starts as a supplement to their training. Yoga has so many benefits, and the three main positives associated with sports are:
Physicality: strength, mobility, balance, injury prevention, muscle activation.
Mentality: Focus, awareness, mindset,
Restoration: Flexibility, injury recovery, breath work, reset.
