Hi all!


Short and sweet this week as I'm spending another week on the Rocketship! 4 hours practice/day plus lectures and practical on upper body anatomy...be prepared for some spine and shoulder focus over the next few weeks! I can't wait to share everything I've learnt with you and it's only day 1 yay!


Reduced Schedule this week (no day-time classes). Tuesday evening this week is for ALL LEVELS to make the class accessible to everyone as there was no class on Sunday or Thursday slow flow.
