Making the Most of the Sunshine!
I am back to a full online teaching schedule this week after 6 days of intense but incredible training with top London yoga teachers and osteopath/anatomist Christian Di Georgio. The course was on The Science of Rocket Yoga with a focus on the anatomy of the lower body.
I cannot wait to share my new knowledge with you all over the next few weeks!
If you have never tried Rocket Yoga come to class this Thursday 7pm or try it in the sunshine on Saturday 11am- there are options for ALL levels and is a challenging but playful class.

Outdoor yoga is classed as a 'sport' and (at least for now!) is exempt from the new 6pax Covid rules commencing on Monday. As always, classes will follow social distancing regulations.
If you want to join a class, please reserve a space using 'ParkYoga' reservation payment plan' (free) but you can pay after the class (website or online) to allow for adverse weather.
