Apologies for the delay in this newsletter! I am 100% in holiday mode in St Ives!! If you've been reading the last few newsletters you'll be aware that there are NO classes this week.


Online free classes


However... I now have a couple of videos online for you...

Instagram shoulder strength


My latest post on Instagram covers different drills to incorporate into your practices (or as an isolated shoulder workout) to help strengthen the muscles that help improve shoulder stability. Give some or all of them a try this week and let me know how you get on!


Park classes


Unfortunately last week's Saturday's Park sessions had to be cancelled due to rain! I have my fingers crossed that the dates below will be warmer and less wet! If you wish to join a class, please reserve a space using 'ParkYoga' reservation payment plan' (free) but you can pay after the class (website or online) to allow for adverse weather

For now, classes are still running on a donation basis (free for unemployed) as I would much rather you were there if you want to be than you weren't!
