Hi all!


Thank you for your continued Zoom support and for all those who came to practice with me in beautiful Battersea Park this weekend.


I'm back in my 'Studio' next week so back to the full Zoom schedule :) (but sadly no park sessions!)


Just one small change with Tuesday's Vinyasa at 7pm this week.


Next week's workshop and class theme is 'knees'. We will be looking at our knee alignment and ways we can strengthen the supporting muscles to protect this joint.




Check out the morning Battersea Park class and the activation of gluteus medius and minimus in their tree poses below ;)





For now, classes are still running on a donation basis (free for unemployed) as I would much rather you were there if you want to be than you weren't!
