Couple of quick notices!
No workshop on Tuesday or Wednesday daytime as I'm flat hunting!
Charity event with Ananda Soul Creations is postponed but WILL be happening in the near future!
P A R K C L A S S E S
I absolutely LOVED teaching Rocket in the park on Saturday to the wonderful yogis that worked and played hard! Half the class had never tried Rocket before but from the feedback I think they enjoyed it :) Whilst Rocket is pretty full on, the idea is that it is for EVERYONE - feel free to get in touch if you want to know more!
This week's park classes ...looks a little chillier but hopefully no rain!
Saturday 2pm Finsbury Park Rocket!
Sunday 3pm Battersea Park Rocket!
Outdoor yoga is classed as a 'sport' and (at least for now!) is exempt from the new 6pax Covid rules commencing on Monday. As always, classes will follow social distancing regulations.
If you want to join a class, please reserve a space using 'ParkYoga' reservation payment plan' (free) but you can pay after the class (website or online) to allow for adverse weather.
