HONEY I'M HOME!


After a wonderful week away with loved ones spending the days drinking coffee on headland walks, surfing, wave jumping and making sand sea creatures (pictures of our artwork below alongside a reminder that its great fun to be a big kid!!) I am back to London and very much looking forward to teaching again! I go to The Isle of Wight this weekend so no class again this Sunday but if space and weather allow I am hoping to record another class or two to pop on my new video channel on my website!


PARK YOGA





A few 'real life' classes coming up. If you want to join a class, please reserve a space using 'ParkYoga' reservation payment plan' (free) but you can pay after the class (website or online) to allow for adverse weather.

HEADS, SHOULDERS, KNEES AND TOES (& HIPS!!)


This week's class theme is a recap on everything we have been working on over the past few weeks. Tuesday's workshop will be more 'flowy' than usual, repeating a short sequence a few times over to give you the opportunity to practice moving whilst focusing on specific but different elements of the body and breath each time. The aim is for our muscles we have been working hard to activate to start to do so automatically without overthinking, and encourage fluidity and intuition in movement.


YOGA FOR NETBALL


I have teamed up with @weareclubnet which is an online platform drawing on the knowledge and expertise of In-House Specialists to help netballers (of all levels and ages) develop as an athlete and gives players and coaches the tools to transfer this into their own training, coaching and game play. £20/month give you access to 4 x weekly netball/strength sessions alongside sessions with a psychologist, nutritionist, physiotherapist and yoga instructor (me!) For now, classes are still running on a donation basis (free for unemployed) as I would much rather you were there if you want to be than you weren't!
