A U G U ST, WOW!


Who else feels like this year is absolutely flying by?!


I know I say this every week, but I truly am so incredibly grateful for every single one of you who has shared this online yoga journey with me. It has kept me sane, positive and feeling like I've been able to create, do and give something back during a time when everything else seemed out of my control and my plans were turned upside down. It is strange to think that I have never 'met' some of you and yet I still feel your support & smiles projecting through the virtual screens. Despite Zoom occasionally having its temper tantrums, or the internet playing up (mine or yours!), muting/un-muting comedy moments and the times I can only see a row of feet or fingertips, the sense of community that comes through the screen really is magical. I hope this space has helped you find a greater connection during this time; connected to your own body, breath & consciousness and also connected to the greater yoga community that have been practicing alongside you, screen to screen for the past few months. To every single one of you I say thank you.


SCHEDULE for the NEXT FEW WEEKS


I have two weeks of full online classes scheduled with the addition of Saturday Park Yoga classes in London - yay! - see below for more info!


Then I will be taking a little break from teaching whilst I spend some time in St Ives and Isle of White (hopefully with some sunshine!) running, surfing, cycling, camping and having a little summer reset!


There will be NO classes:

Sunday 16th August -23rd August

and Bank Holiday Weekend 28th- 31st August


To make this a little easier, and reduce any confusion the schedule for the next THREE weeks is below!


THE FUTURE OF MOVE BREATHE BE


Who knew that a 'maybe I'll put on a class online next Sunday and see how things go' turned into this! From September, the twists and turns of life mean there are likely to be some big changes however, whatever the challenges I am confident and determined to continue to use this platform. Whilst this little business has blossomed organically, I have put I lot of time and energy into it, and have no intention to let what I have created fizzle out. I will of course keep you updated with what to expect.


I am also working on some exciting projects to provide more online resources for you, more info to come soon!

For now, classes are still running on a donation basis (free for unemployed) as I would much rather you were there if you want to be than you weren't!
